The
Bill (Reg. No6044) submitted by S. Mishchenko, the People´s Deputy of
Ukraine suggest implementation of the fact that in the course of bringing the
pre-trial hearings materials the criminal investigator is obliged to hand after
the demand of victim, civil claimant, civil defendant or their representatives
attested copy of pre-trial investigation materials, that is recorded in the
minutes on end of investigation and on bringing the materials of the case.
The Committee members having analyzed the Bill, declared that the adoption of it would facilitate the strengthening of the protection of human and citizens constitutional rights.
